To all of you that believe you’d be a great contestant on TV game shows, like Jeopardy, now is your chance to prove it! Your invited to openly display your knowledge during Trivia Night on Friday, August 26th, at 6 pm at the Paul Ciener Botanical Garden Center at 215 S. Main Street in Kernersville.
The menu includes Little Caesars Pizza, chips, and soda. North Carolina Court of Appeals judicial candidate, Donna Stroud, will be there to "judge" the correct answers.
The winning team will receive the Command Sargent Major Invitational Trophy, provided by retired U.S. Army veteran Command Sargent Major Alex Nelson, and bragging rights for one year. Individuals that answer the most questions will also receive a trophy.

Joyce Krawiec

NC STATE SENATE - DISTRICT 32
Joyce Krawiec represents Davie County and part of Forsyth County in the North Carolina Senate. Communities in her district include Advance, Belews Creek, Bermuda Run, Cooleemee, Clemmons, Kernersville, Mocksville, Walkertown and Winston-Salem.
Joyce is a commonsense conservative who believes that God has a plan for every life. He gives us our passion to keep us focused in order to complete the plan he has for us.
Joyce is perhaps known for her compassion and for her ability to work with others. She passed a bill to require health insurance companies to cover children with autism with near unanimous support. She also passed Burt’s Law to crack down on abusive nursing home staff. She also passed a Voter ID bill to protect election security with Senator Joel Ford (D).
Joyce lives in Kernersville with her husband Ray. They have lived in the community for over forty years. They own a commercial real estate development firm and have two grown daughters. They attend First Christian Church. Joyce is a lifelong conservative and Christian activist.

Shelton Stallworthy is a wife, a mother and ex equestrian with a political habit that lead to a local house race. When she began the search for a little preschool program for her son she was shocked to find that the best of the best were masking their babies. When she pressed their logic she was met with resistance and disdain from the parents. The experience at the preschool prompted her to look into the state of our city and how far we’ve fallen from rational thought and reason. She discovered we’d fallen far and not a single conservative was stepping up to fight back. So she is running to fight back. She's running for her children, so they get to call this country as free, prosperous and unique as she has. She's fighting so we can preserve the greatness of this American experiment through rational thought, a reforming of our educational system and fiscal responsibility. She's running for our children’s future. Help her get there so we can all go back to living our lives in this amazingly imperfect country.

3-2-1 - NCGOP STATEWIDE CAMPAIGN
3-2-1. What does that mean - our NCGOP statewide campaign?
If we get 3 more Republicans in the NC House ....
2 more Republican Senators in the NC Senate ....
and 1 more Judge on the NC Supreme Court ....
THEN we can stop the activism against our NC Constitution by the NC Carolina Supreme Court, and also, by Governor Cooper. Cooper will be overridden and a lame duck if we can achieve those numbers. It would mean that we can have the Voter ID we voted for in 2018. It would mean that the legislature would draw district maps as defined in the NC Constitution.
What does this have to do with NC House Rep. Jeff Zenger and Candidate for NC Senate 32, George Ware?
EVERYTHING! We need them to be a part of the 3-2-1 and bring us the Super majority in the NC General Assembly. Senator Joyce Krawiec does not have an opponent (for the first time). However, she is fundraising for the Senate Caucus to help elect our NC Senate Candidate George Ware.

Our Election Committee is asking everyone to call us at 336.724.6000, volunteer at Headquarters, make phone calls and put your talk to your walk!! We need to make sure all Republicans and the UNA, and the SMART AWAKE DEMS vote for OUR CANDIDATES to make these necessary changes county and statewide. We'll be making phone calls EVERY Tuesday from now until the Election - 4pm and 6pm. Please come to train and make your calls during the week from home or join us in the evenings. Pizza and snacks provided!!!
9/11 OUTREACH - HONORING FIREFIGHTERS & POLICE
The Targeted Outreach Committee is planning to honor our firefighters and police in memory of 9/11. We will bring them goody bags with snacks and a thank you note in each bag, as we did last year. Our goal is to pack and deliver 500 goody bags and we can use your help in several ways:
- Help stuff the goody bags on Wednesday, August 31, 10 am-12 pm at the FCGOP Headquarters Building, 300 Jonestown Road.
- Help deliver goody bags to a fire station or police station.

FORSYTH TEEN CIVICS BOOT CAMP
Unity Commons is proud to host this nonpartisan civics training and GOTV (Get Out the Vote) bootcamp on Saturday, August 27 . The event will focus on increasing voter turnout and educating voters. This introductory course will teach 13-18 year olds about important policies affecting America’s youth. They will also learn about the various GOTV strategies – phone banking, textbanking, postcard writing, lit dropping, and canvassing. We will prepare participants to participate in ongoing GOTV efforts or plan their own GOTV events.
PRECINCT MEETING A SUCCESS!
It was a good FIRST night of training. If you missed it, please come this Tuesday at 4pm or 6pm.
We will be making phone calls from now until the Election with training every Tuesday.
Pizza and snacks were tasty and Zack Watkins, Precinct Organization Chair, ended the night by showing the movie: "The Real Story of JAN 6".
NC FAITH & FREEDOM COALITION TO VISIT FCGOP
On Thursday, September 15 at 6:30 pm join us at the FCGOP headquarters were Dr. Paul Brintley, a NC Faith & Freedom Coalition Ambassador, will be speaking on the topic “What it means to be SALT & LIGHT in a liberal world”.
NC FAITH & FREEDOM CONFERENCE
On September 23-24 join the NC Faith & Freedom Conference in Charlotte.
The Salt & Light Conference empowers and equips faithful conservatives across North Carolina to stand for their values at the polls and in the public arena. NC Faith & Freedom’s 2022 Salt & Light Conference will be the largest faith-based policy conference in North Carolina. Attendees will be challenged and encouraged by the connections and speakers at this year’s conference.
The 5th Annual Salt & Light Conference will welcome leaders to the platform who are declaring the TRUTH of God’s Word to the cultural issues of the day at a brand new location. This year’s event brings those who are engaged on the front-lines of the cultural battle to educate, equip, and encourage attendees to stand up and become part of the cultural conversation, encouraging attendees to follow the biblical mandate of being Salt & Light. HISPANIC OUTREACH - FIESTA FESTIVAL
The FCGOP will have a booth at the Hispanic League's FIESTA Festival on Spruce Street in downtown Winston-Salem on Saturday, September 10, 11 am - 6 pm. We need volunteers to help at the booth. THE FCGOP EXPANDS ITS SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE

As you all know, the big names in social media such as Facebook and Twitter, have joined the effort to censor those of us that believe in the first amendment, and they’ve driven away many like-minded conservatives from their platform possibly never to return.
Well, hopefully we can find a few of them and get them to join us. The Forsyth County Republican Party has recently increased its presence on social media, this week, and launched a new official Facebook page.
The FCGOP can be found now on Gab.com and Truth Social. To join us on Gab.com click here. And to join us on Truth Social click here. Our current official Facebook page will shut down on October 9th. But for those of you the follow our current page, you can join our new official page by clicking here.
