RNC STATEMENT ON BIDEN'S RECORD GAS PRICES

WASHINGTON – Today, Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel released the following statement on Joe Biden's record-high gas prices:

“Under Joe Biden, families are paying more for gas than ever before. After killing American energy independence, Biden is turning to our adversaries abroad for America’s energy needs. American families are feeling the pain at the pump, and Biden and the Democrats do not care and are making it worse.”

Background:

Average gas prices in the U.S. hit a record high of $4.173 per gallon today according to the American Automobile Association (AAA), a $1.40 increase since this time last year.
