RNC CHAIRWOMAN RONNA MCDANIEL RELEASES NEW “REAL AMERICA” PODCAST EPISODE WITH REP. BURGESS OWENS
The Republican National Committee (RNC) released today the eighth episode of “Real America,” a podcast hosted by RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel. In this episode, Chairwoman McDaniel sits down with Rep. Burgess Owens (R-UT) to discuss the Congressman’s time in the NFL, critical race theory, and the radical policies of Biden’s Democrat Party.
“Today, I'm so excited to be joined by Congressman Burgess Owens, who not only was a star NFL player but is already one of the new stars in Congress,” said Chairwoman McDaniel. “It’s so important to have these conversations like the one we’re having today, where we cover what’s going on in professional sports, traditional family values, and critical race theory, and how while Democrats are bending to the woke mob, the Republican Party is actually delivering results for the American people.”
In the podcast, Chairwoman McDaniel and Congressman Owens also talk about how Black Americans are leaving the Democrat Party and turning towards the Republican Party, the party of opportunity and freedom for all.
“What we have today is that the black community is waking up,” said Rep. Burgess Owens. “We're finding people saying, you know what? I want my kids to have a good education. I want to have that opportunity to go out and get a job and provide for myself. I want to be able to live my American dream. And we're beginning to trend away from the Democratic Party. We have people who finally said this is how it feels to be free and moving forward, and I don't need the Democratic Party to tell me any more than I'm a victim.”
“Real America” shares stories from outside the beltway, highlights Republican leadership and shows how Republican policies are leading America’s comeback and working for real Americans. Chairwoman McDaniel is offering the platform for Republican leaders to share their successes and for listeners to hear real stories from the exciting, leading voices in our Party.
