The Republican National Committee (RNC) released today a new episode of Real America, a podcast hosted by RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel. “This is an election of common sense versus crazy. Because it is common sense that we should use American energy. It is common sense that parents should have a say in their kids' school,” said Chairwoman McDaniel . “A lot [of Americans] think we should have strong police departments and we shouldn't defund police --these are common sense things that Republicans are running on. We're not talking about crazy things.”

“Watch what people do, not what they say. Look at what we've done, what we did, when we had control of the presidency, the House, and the Senate: we cut taxes, we increased wages, we created about eight million new jobs pre-COVID, we had the lowest unemployment rate for African Americans and Hispanics in the history of this country, we deregulated the economy, we beat back ISIS, we secured the border, we secured our streets, we strengthened the military, we stood up to Russia and China, and we confirmed 234 new members of the federal judiciary who will not try to rewrite the Constitution every other Thursday to satisfy some political agenda. And we can do it again,” said Senator Kennedy.

“Real America” features stories from outside the beltway, highlights Republican leadership and shows how Republican policies are leading America’s comeback and working for real Americans. Chairwoman McDaniel is offering the platform for Republican leaders to share their successes and for listeners to hear real stories from the exciting, leading voices in our Party. Season Two launched this year and has featured House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, House Minority Whip Steve Scalise, Rep. Byron Donalds, ACU Chairman Matt Schlapp, President Donald Trump, Rep. Dan Crenshaw, and Vice President Pence.
