LEARN HOW YOU CAN GET INVOLVED AND SUPPORT FCGOP

There is a lot going on right now with the Forsyth County Republican Party, including the State Convention, an upcoming gun raffle, a summer picnic, club activities, new club leadership, and a police appreciation event. Please see the items below to learn how you can get involved and support the Republican Party in our county!

LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Volunteers are needed to serve in these important roles. Chairmen will organize their committees and also attend a Central Committee meeting on the fourth Monday evening of each month. Please contact party Chairman Ken Raymond at [email protected] if you'd like to get involved in this way.

Precinct Organization Chair

This committee recruits, trains, and organizes volunteers to serve as precinct chairs. The chair will maintain an effective organization in each precinct in the county. The volunteers will work as precinct officials, greeters, observers, and help get out the vote. This committee reports to the FCGOP Vice-Chairman.

Election Integrity Chair

This committee focuses on the local and state Board of Elections to assure compliance with voter election laws to help maintain the security and integrity of elections. It also works with the Local Government Watch Committee and helps with hands-on training of polling officials. This committee reports to the FCGOP Chairman.

Local Government Watch Chair

This committee organizes individuals to attend and/or monitor local government meetings, such as the school board, the city council, the county commissioners and the local board of elections. They are also responsible for establishing a working relationship with the members of these boards. The committee members will keep the public informed of government activities. This committee reports to the FCGOP Vice Chair.
