Vol. 2, No. 28

CHAIRMAN'S CORNER

Ken Raymond, Chairman
The Constitution is Still Alive!
I have good news for those that feel discouraged, frustrated, and heartbroken since Congress certified the fraudulent presidential election on January 6th.
The U.S. Constitution is still ALIVE!
Despite the best efforts of Democrat Communists and their allies to destroy, defeat, ignore, rewrite, or maligned the Constitution, our Rule of Law and its original intent still stand. Despite the fascist alliance between federal government and big tech oligarchs and their brazen challenge to our free speech, the principle itself remains alive in this country. And despite the outrageous overreach of big government bureaucrats, our constitution still prevails.
If we lift our heads and take a good look around the country, we can all see it for ourselves. Recently, a U.S. district judge in Louisiana, Terry Doughty, blocked the federal government’s vaccine mandate for health care workers and issued an injunction against the mandate. Judge Doughty’s decision came after a lawsuit was filed by Louisiana Republican Attorney General Jeff Landry. The lawsuit was joined by 13 other attorneys general but Judge Doughty added the nationwide injunction.
In his ruling Judge Doughty wrote: “If the executive branch is allowed to usurp the power of the legislative branch to make laws, two of the three powers conferred by our Constitution would be in the same hands. If human nature and history teach anything, it is that civil liberties face grave risks when governments proclaim indefinite states of emergency. During a pandemic such as this one, it is even more important to safeguard the separation of powers set forth in our Constitution to avoid erosion of our liberties.”
Last month, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans blocked a larger Biden Administration mandate that targeted businesses with more than 100 employees. The mandate required those businesses to have their employees vaccinated by January 4th or be tested weekly.
Also last month, Kyle Rittenhouse, who lawfully defended himself against an angry mob during a riot in Kenosha, Wisconsin last year, was acquitted of all murder charges despite the efforts of corrupt prosecutors that worked on behalf of the angry mob rather than the people of Kenosha.
There we have it. Evidence that clearly shows that our Constitution still endures even through these trying times. Regardless of what they may think or believe, the Democrat Communists cannot destroy or defeat it, they cannot ignore it, they cannot rewrite it, and our Constitution will not be replaced with the desires of angry mobs, or an overreaching executive branch.
Our Constitution is still alive. And because of that, I believe we’ll see more victories in the near future.
