Celeste Stanley Inducted into the NGOP Hall of Fame
Long-time Forsyth County GOP activist Celeste Stanley was inducted into the NCGOP Hall of Fame last weekend at the NCGOP Hall of Fame Dinner held at the Hilton Raleigh Hotel in Raleigh.
Celeste Stanley, who was inducted from District 6, has been actively involved in Republican politics for over 45 years! She has held just about every non-elected office in the Party and the Republican Women's Club. After spending more than two decades volunteering for the Republican cause in South Carolina, Celeste made the good move to North Carolina in 1998 and wasted no time at all in working to elect Republicans in this state, working in local, state, and federal campaigns in North Carolina. She has recruited volunteers, made phone calls, knocked on doors and worked the polls. As well as working tirelessly on chairing events and raising vitally important funds at all levels. A former recipient of the Robert Rector Award, Celeste Stanley has been unstinting in giving her time and treasure for the betterment of the Republican Party and Republican Women, and we are proud to recognize her decades of dedication.
Congratulations, Celeste!

TARGETED OUTREACH COMMITTEE
Hispanic Outreach Meeting
On Sunday, December 5th, the Targeted Outreach Committee held a luncheon meeting at a local Hispanic church. Chairman Ken Raymond and other speakers shared information with church members about the history of the Republican Party and the differences between the Republican and the Democratic Party platforms. Other important issues such as school choice, taxation, and the Republican Party's pro-life position were discussed. Copies of the U.S. Constitution and flyers about the Republican Party (both in Spanish) were shared with everyone. It was a great opportunity for discussion, and the Targeted Outreach Committee plans to hold similar events in 2022. If you would like to help with future events like this, please contact committee chairman Colleen Lopina at [email protected].
Refreshments for Veterans
This Wednesday morning (December 15th) the Targeted Outreach Committee provided refreshments for the Veterans Cup Coffee. This meeting is held from 8:30-10:30 am on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Wednesday morning of each month at the American Legion Post 55 on Miller Street in Winston-Salem. Along with the snacks, we displayed a sign that wished the veterans Merry Christmas from the FCGOP and thanked them for their service.

PRECINCT ANNOUNCEMENTS
We had a great time and turn out at our lunch on November 30th and would like to thank everyone who joined us!
Our next precinct chair and precinct team meeting will be on January 14th at 6:00pm at Golden Corral by Hanes Mall. This event is one you won’t want to miss! As Republicans we hold the Constitution near and dear but often don’t know much about it. Well, we have Christin McMasters Ph.D. “The Liberty Belle” coming to speak for us on the constitution! Here is what she thinks about the Constitution and speaking on the Constitution: “My goal with this … is education. I seek to arm fellow lovers of liberty with knowledge, knowledge that is painfully lacking and desperately needed. Knowledge first and foremost of the Constitution. The Constitution is our government’s job description and we are the government’s employers. How can we hold our government accountable to their job if we don’t even know their job description?” Please join us for a great time with fellow patriots!
